We do not offer refunds of any kind. We offer exchanges or returns for store credit only. We DO NOT refund shipping costs.

All returns will be issued in a form of an e-gift card. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 DAYS of receiving your order and we will get you taken care of immediately.

All items applicable for return or exchange must be unwashed,
unworn, and in original condition with tags. Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the original order. 

Refund & Returns

All returns will be issued in the form of an e-gift card.  If
you receive a defective item, please email us within THREE DAYS of
receiving your order and we will start working with you as soon as
possible.

All items applicable for return or exchange must be unwashed, unworn,
and in original condition with tags.  Returns and exchanges must be
postmarked within 14 days of receiving the original order.

FINAL SALE items are considered items with a 30% or more discount off
your purchase, or items in a SALE category and cannot be returned or
exchanged.  The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

Shipping fees are to be covered by the customer.  Shipping costs are
non-refundable.  If you wish to do an exchange, you will have to pay an

Store credit will be issued via e-gift card within 5 business days of
receiving your return for the amount paid, less shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping
insurance.  We will not be held responsible if we do not receive your
returned item.

We urge you to please refer to the size chart before ordering.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you have received a defective item, please contact Customer Care
here within THREE DAYS to inform us of the issue.  If we are not
notified within THREE DAYS of receiving the item, it will no longer
qualify for a return or replacement.  You must include a photo of the
damage/defect with your email.We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.Exact colours of merchandise may occur due to photography lenses,
indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolution.  Clothing
patterns may also vary.  These situations do not qualify as defects and
the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is
attempted.
